Request documents and signatures without leaving Outlook

You already write to your clients in Outlook. Now, the request goes out with your email:

1. Write your email in Outlook and open the Convoflo pane.

2. Click "Request files" to add the checklist and due date, or "Create sign request": your PDF and Word attachments and your recipients are already selected.

3. Secure the email and send. Convoflo notifies your client and handles the reminders.

Office preview

Open Word, PowerPoint and Excel without downloading

The Word, PowerPoint and Excel files your clients send you now open right in the preview, moments after they are uploaded. Fewer downloads also means fewer confidential documents left on computers. PDF and Office files now have a thumbnail, and the download button still gives you the original file.

For Excel, the preview shows the first sheet, as values.
